The Deansgate Gardens complex has been described as ‘a significant step’ in the transformation of Bolton town centreInside one of the Deansgate Gardens flats<\/p>\n

A new 167-home residential neighbourhood in the centre of Bolton will be completed this month. The first residents have moved in at Deansgate<\/a> Gardens, a \u00a335m development which will offer \u2018long-term rental homes\u2019.<\/p>\n

Placefirst\u2019s new development has rooftop terraces, gardens and communal spaces and will also open up a section of the river Croal to the public.<\/p>\n

The new blocks and townhouses, opposite the former Beales department store, have been described by developers Placefirst as a \u2018stunning new residential neighbourhood of 167 homes, designed to meet the demands of modern renters\u2019.<\/p>\n

There is a range of one and two-bedroom apartments and townhouses at Deansgate Gardens. Placefirst said it is their most sustainable development to date, built with a focus on reducing environmental impact, featuring rooftop solar panels, heat pumps and enhanced insulation, which help lower energy bills.<\/p>\n

The neighbourhood has a central square and communal courtyards.<\/p>\n

Deansgate Gardens is a key part of Bolton<\/a> Council\u2019s \u00a31bn regeneration masterplan, which is described by them as \u2018transforming the town centre into a vibrant place to live with thousands living there in the coming years\u2019.<\/p>\n

Placefirst\u2019s said the complex will have a dedicated resident services manager and a 24\/7 maintenance team. David Mawson, CEO at Placefirst, said: \u201cHanding the keys to our first residents at Deansgate Gardens marks a significant step in our contribution to the transformation of Bolton\u2019s town centre.<\/p>\n
