The relationship between Prince Harry<\/a> and both his father, King Charles<\/a>, and his brother, Prince William, always seems to take center stage. It is known that the relationship is fractured, and people often wonder if there is a chance for reconciliation or not. But they\u2019re not the only ones who are apparently not getting along\u2026 or have had issues for a while. Recent reports have shed light on Prince Andrew<\/a>\u2019s complicated relationship with his nephews, Prince William<\/a> and Prince Harry, including a physical altercation with Harry.<\/p>\n

But how is his relationship with his brother, King Charles? Ironically, it seems like positive despite the fact that Charles had been trying to evict his brother from the Royal Lodge home<\/a> he shares with ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson. Charles has now given up on this endeavor, according to the\u00a0Express<\/a>, which might be a sign that their relationship is better than people think.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is undoubtedly the case that King Charles would have wished him to downsize,\u201d royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told Fox News Digital. \u201cBut he has a 75-year lease and, so long as he fulfilled its provisions, he could not be evicted.\u201d However, as another royal expert, Ian Pelham Turner explained, Andrew will still need to prove that he can do the repairs the house requires.<\/p>\n

However, experts also say Prince Andrew<\/a> must also be getting help from his brother to even afford to stay at Royal Lodge in the first place. Charlotte Griffiths, the Mail on Sunday<\/a>\u2019s editor-at-large,\u00a0reported in November\u00a02024 hat King Charles was paying his brother\u2019s rent, as that\u2019s what their mother, Queen Elizabeth II, would have wanted.<\/p>\n

Ingrid Seward, editor-in-chief of Majesty magazine, agreed. \u201cThere\u2019s absolutely no doubt that Charles is the one who is providing the money for Andrew, because\u00a0the [late] queen\u00a0wouldn\u2019t have left Andrew bereft,\u201d Seward told Fox News Digital.<\/p>\n

\u201cI believe that Charles is helping him,\u201d Seward added. \u201cI don\u2019t see who else would. I\u2019m sure [Andrew\u2019s ex-wife] Fergie would help him. I know Fergie does very well with her books, but I [can\u2019t] imagine she would make enough to run Royal Lodge on her own.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI certainly think that the only person who could really be doing this is either monies from the queen or monies from the king,\u201d she added. There is, of course, always the possibility that the Queen left a provision that King Charles is fulfilling, but just the fact that King Charles is doing it in the first place is a pretty good sign there\u2019s no feud between the brothers.<\/p>\n

This all comes as King Charles<\/a> is reportedly nearing reconciliation with his son Prince Harry, and ironically, as reports of a 2013 fight between Prince Harry and Prince Andrew, where \u201cpunches were thrown,\u201d have surfaced. \u201cHarry got the better of Andrew\u201d by leaving him with a \u201cbloody nose,\u201d the reports indicate.<\/p>\n

And Prince William doesn\u2019t feel any more favorably about his uncle. British broadcaster and photographer Helena Chard told Fox News Digital. \u201cHe recognizes the public animosity towards Andrew<\/a>. He views him as a complete liability with his series of scandals, both past and present, shoveling shame on the family. His stance towards his uncle is tough. He will not entertain anyone toxic to the brand. Andrew will not be part of the streamlined monarchy.\u201d<\/p>\n

For now, King Charles is still helping him.
