A Bluewater shop worker described as a \u201clegend\u201d by staff and fans on social media alike shows no sign of slowing her increasing fandom.<\/p>\n
Heather \u201cHev\u201d Cox has become a TikTok sensation, with the Primark employee’s videos of her interacting with colleagues and shoppers proving a huge hit due to her down-to-earth and relatable personality.<\/p>\n

With almost 150,000 followers on the social media app and some videos gaining 14 million likes, she has even seen the likes of Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson and KISS DJ, Sam Darlaston, appear on her clips.<\/p>\n
However, her superstar status has gone up yet another notch after Bluewater staff decided to create Hev her very own artificial intelligence (AI) miniature figure.<\/p>\n
The trend has taken the internet by storm, with people using AI tools such as ChatGPT to re-package themselves as the likes of miniature action figures.<\/p>\n
And Bluewater has got in on the action by creating Hev her very own design.<\/p>\n
The figure had at the time of writing amassed almost 2,000 likes on Facebook alone with fans describing the decision to honour her as \u201cbrightening their day\u201d and \u201cinspiring a movement\u201d among retail staff.<\/p>\n

Lindsay Garner, her self-described \u201cofficial work bestie\u201d, added: \u201cCan you please make this a reality so I\u2019ll have company on my lunch breaks when she\u2019s off?\u201d<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, friend Sally Thompson added: \u201cAbsolutely love this. My friend the ledge!!\u201d<\/p>\n
Alongside Hev, the mall chose to include some of her favourite loves in the form of a Primark and Nando’s bag, plus a Greggs sausage roll.<\/p>\n
She is also described on it as an \u201cunexpected legend\u201d – a nickname given to her in jest of her regularly being seen on Primark’s self-service checkouts.<\/p>\n
When asked how she felt about her newest claim to fame, Hev told KentOnline: \u201cBluewater has said people have messaged to say can they buy it, but I was like it\u2019s not a physical doll – it\u2019s just a trend online.<\/p>\n
\u201cI should probably print it out because it did take me by surprise.<\/p>\n
\u201cI suppose it makes you feel valued by people, especially as it\u2019s been done by the people you work for.\u201d<\/p>\n
But it wasn\u2019t just Hev who was flooded with messages about the creation, as Bluewater bosses admitted.<\/p>\n
A spokesperson said: \u201cWe\u2019ve been blown away by the incredible response to the post \u2013 Hev really is part of the fabric of Bluewater, and seeing the community\u2019s love for her shine through online has been heart-warming.<\/p>\n
\u201cWith the miniature doll trend taking over social media, we saw an opportunity to join the conversation in a way that felt authentic to us.<\/p>\n
