Charity Dingle <\/a>(Emma Atkins) has revealed some heartbreaking news to Sarah Sugden<\/a> (Katie Hill<\/a>) in Emmerdale.<\/p>\n The beloved character has been feeling quite overwhelmed in recent days, as Sarah and Jacob Gallagher<\/a> (Joe-Warren Plant) have done nothing but fuss over her. Charity has agreed to carry their baby, but Sarah and Jacob\u2019s attempt at looking out for her has felt quite smothering.<\/p>\n In this evening\u2019s episode, wanting some time to herself, Charity suggested that Jacob and Sarah organise an engagement party in the pub.<\/p>\n \t\t As prep began, Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) kept checking in on Charity. Yesterday, the couple went for<\/a> a walk but Charity fell over, which caused Mack to wonder if the recent embryo transfer would be impacted. <\/p>\n Charity felt fine, but things quickly changed as the party got underway.<\/p>\n Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick) spied <\/a>Charity looking worried and followed her into the toilets. There, Charity confirmed that she had started bleeding.<\/p>\n Charity kept this a secret from Sarah until the end of the party.
