A Leeds city centre office space has secured a new tenant as part of ongoing commercial growth in the region.<\/p>\n
Software firm Panintelligence has signed a five-year lease on the third floor of Concordia Works on Sovereign Street, taking 3036sq ft within the historic building.<\/p>\n

The deal was brokered by the Leeds office of global property consultancy Knight Frank, which is acting as the sole marketing agent for the development.<\/p>\n
