Blake Lively claims Perez Hilton published more than 500 negative pieces about her unrelenting feud with Justin Baldoni<\/a> \u2014 as she dukes it out with her co-star-turned-enemy for allegedly mounting a smear campaign against her.<\/p>\n

Lively, 37, alleged that Hilton \u2014 whose real name is Mario Lavandeira Jr. \u2014 put out 540 \u201cdisparaging\u201d videos and posts about her without first reaching out to her side for comment and which \u201cgenerally regurgitate messaging that appears to be prepared by others,\u201d according to court papers her lawyers filed in Manhattan federal court Tuesday.<\/p>\n

The court papers also claim that Hilton used a slew of slurs and \u201cmocking\u201d epithets about her including calling her: \u201cBlackface Blake,\u201d \u201cLying Lively,\u201d \u201cKu Klux Khaleesi,\u201d and \u201cLitigious Lively.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cGossip Girl\u201d star subpoenaed the gossip hack for any correspondence he may have exchanged with Baldoni\u2019s side as she seeks to prove her claims that her \u201cIt Ends With Us\u201d co-star-turned-nemesis carried out a smear campaign against her, with the help of the film\u2019s production company Wayfarer Studios LCC and others.<\/p>\n

Hilton last month filed papers seeking a protective order<\/a> to stop Lively\u2019s team from publishing journalists\u2019 and influencers\u2019 personal addresses when she subpoenas them \u2014 and he\u2019s fighting her subpoena for his records in Las Vegas federal court.<\/p>\n

Hilton told The Post in an exclusive statement that he\u2019s not part of Baldoni\u2019s alleged smear campaign against Lively<\/a> and that he only published opinions he formed on his own by reading Lively\u2019s suit and Baldoni\u2019s since-dismissed countersuit.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was not part of any smear campaign against her,\u201d Hilton said. \u201cI was not working on behalf of anyone. I was not paid by anyone.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cAfter reading Justin Baldoni\u2019s lawsuit against her and his first amended complaint, my opinions and support shifted,\u201d the influencer said.<\/p>\n

Hilton also said that his work records are shielded by laws that protect journalists and said since he works and lives in Las Vegas, the issue should be fought in a court in the Silver State.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe is asking me for information that is privileged,\u201d Hilton said. \u201cShe is also asking me for information that she could and should obtain from the parties in this case, the Wayfarer defendants, not from me \u2014 a nonparty to this litigation.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI did nothing wrong,\u201d he concluded. \u201cI am not afraid of Blake Lively.\u201d<\/p>\n

Blake Lively claimed in her lawsuit that her \u201cIt Ends With Us\u201d co-star and director Justin Baldoni sexually harassed her and then carried out a smear campaign against her. GC Images<\/p>\n

Lively is asking Manhattan federal Judge Lewis Liman to force Hilton to comply with her subpoena and to force him to cough up attorney\u2019s fees for any Hilton-related litigation. Her team claimed in the court papers that to date, Baldoni and the other defendants haven\u2019t turned over any messages that Hilton exchanged with them.<\/p>\n

The \u201cA Simple Favor\u201d actress claimed Baldoni sexually harassed her and then launched a campaign to tarnish her reputation. She claimed he shared details about his sexual conquests with her and the fact that he was addicted to porn.<\/p>\n

After, Baldoni launched counterclaims accusing Lively and her \u201cDeadpool\u201d actor husband Ryan Reynolds of extorting and defaming him. Liman dismissed Baldoni\u2019s suit<\/a> in June.<\/p>\n
