For breakfast, he opts for a power-packed <a class=\"backlink\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/lifestyle\/health\/nutritionist-shares-a-fibre-rich-chia-seed-smoothie-recipe-to-boost-weight-loss-101752838167887.html\" data-vars-page-type=\"story\" data-vars-link-type=\"Manual\" data-vars-anchor-text=\"smoothie\" rel=\"noopener\">smoothie<\/a> loaded with about 650 calories and 30 grams of protein. \u201cI like to have sunflower seeds, oats, avocado, almonds, almond milk, and a banana, that\u2019s a perfect breakfast for me,\u201d he shared.<\/p>\n<p>Before lunch, <a class=\"backlink\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/topic\/hardik\" data-vars-page-type=\"story\" data-vars-link-type=\"Manual\" data-vars-anchor-text=\"Hardik\" rel=\"noopener\">Hardik<\/a> takes a fizzy apple cider vinegar (ACV) supplement mixed with water, a trick he uses to curb cravings and manage weight. \u201cIt\u2019s yummy, effective, and controls my appetite,\u201d he said, adding that as an athlete, tracking calories is a must.<\/p>\n<p> What does his afternoon-to-night diet look like<\/p>\n<p>His lunch is all about comfort food with a nutritious twist. He enjoys Indian staples like jeera rice, palak, and daal, which add up to around 550 calories and 24 grams of protein.
