Fans of The Summer I Tuned Pretty have been raving about the “best episode ever” after season 3<\/a> aired its latest development on Prime Video.<\/p>\n

‘Last Dance’, dropped on the streamer yesterday, is written and directed by showrunner Jenny Han, who also penned the books that provide the source material for the show.<\/p>\n

The episode sees Belly (Lola Tung) and Conrad (Christopher Briney) getting closer as he agrees to help her with the wedding preparation while his brother Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno) is away.<\/p>\n

The two run errands and decide to stop for peaches, sharing a cosy moment when Conrad uses his white shirt to wipe the fruit’s juice off Belly’s chin. <\/p>\n

It’s a step too far, with Belly immediately reminding him (and herself) they should get some peaches for Jeremiah.<\/p>\n

It appears the central love triangle is alive and well as Conrad experiences flashbacks from when he and Belly were together, reminiscing on the last time they were intimate before their breakup.<\/p>\n

Much like Conrad, fans haven’t been able to stop thinking about the peach moment, praising Han’s writing and direction.<\/p>\n

“I loved it sooo much! The peach scene took me back to the books,” one viewer wrote.<\/p>\n

“I’ve been freaking out since I watched this!!!! And may need go to psychologist after this episode,” one person joked on Instagram, adding: “THE BEST EPISODE EVER!! U can literally see the details that Jenny put in the direction, each scene, so unique!! Pure love and passion”.<\/p>\n

“Best episode ever,” someone else agreed. “Chris is such an amazing actor. This episode broke me.”<\/p>\n

“Jenny COOKED with this episode,” another fan enthused. “Genuinely one of my favorites.”<\/p>\n

As the wedding approaches, will Conrad be able to set his feelings aside? And will Belly go through with the nuptials? <\/p>\n
