The Sussexes have, however, denied all claims.<\/p>\n<p>The book has also portrayed Prince Andrew as entitled, socially awkward, and difficult, with strained ties to his nephews,<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.firstpost.com\/tag\/harry-and-meghan\/\" id=\"https:\/\/www.firstpost.com\/tag\/harry-and-meghan\/\" class=\"body_anchor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prince Harry and Prince William<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Harry and Meghan\u2019s letter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to Newsweek report,<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.firstpost.com\/entertainment\/harry-meghans-latest-update-why-royal-family-is-reluctant-to-reconcile-with-money-minded-markle-insiders-reveal-13919852.html\" id=\"https:\/\/www.firstpost.com\/entertainment\/harry-meghans-latest-update-why-royal-family-is-reluctant-to-reconcile-with-money-minded-markle-insiders-reveal-13919852.html\" class=\"body_anchor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Harry and Meghan Markl<\/a>e have sent legal letters to the Daily Mail over allegations of a fist fight with Prince Andrew and derogatory comments about Meghan, Newsweek can reveal.<\/p>\n<p>STORY CONTINUES BELOW THIS AD<\/p>\n<p>Andrew Lownie\u2019s new book, Entitled, paints a scathing portrait of Andrew as sex-obsessed, boorish and privileged.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What the statement says<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to Newsweek report, what the statement says is, \u201cI can confirm Prince Harry and Prince Andrew have never had a physical fight, nor did Prince Anqdrew ever make the comments he is alleged to have made about the Duchess of Sussex to Prince Harry.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In a follow-up statement to Newsweek, Harry and Meghan\u2019s team confirmed legal action: \u201cSuch are the gross inaccuracies, damaging and defamatory remarks made in the Daily Mail\u2019s story, I can confirm a legal letter from Prince Harry\u2019s counsel has been sent to the Mail.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>What the biography has to say<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Newsweek report states, \u201cAt a family gathering in 2013,&#8221; Lownie wrote, \u201cHarry and Andrew had got into a heated argument, and punches were thrown over something Andrew said behind Harry\u2019s back.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAndrew told Harry his marriage to Meghan Markle would not last more than a month,\u201d the book reads, \u201cand accused his nephew of going \u2018bonkers\u2019 and not doing any due diligence into her past.<\/p>\n<p>(With inputs from Newsweek and agencies)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Prince Andrew-Meghan Markle fight story decoded; Prince Harry calls lawyers.
