Parents-to-be the Duke<\/strong> and Duchess<\/strong> of<\/strong> Westminster<\/strong> enjoyed a night out at Villa Park this week. The couple attended the match between Aston Villa F.C. and Paris Saint-Germain F.C. on April 15, where they sat one row ahead of the Prince of Wales<\/strong> and Prince George<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Hugh Grosvenor and his wife Olivia were spotted celebrating in the stands, along with Prince William<\/a> and his 11-year-old son, whom the Duke is a godparent to. The pregnant Duchess wore a puffer jacket and jeans to the game on Tuesday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It was revealed last month that the Duke and Duchess of Westminster are expecting their first child together<\/a>. A spokesperson for the couple shared the news in a statement (via HOLA! USA<\/strong>‘s sister brand HELLO!<\/a>), which read: “The Duke and Duchess of Westminster are very pleased to share that the Duchess is expecting a baby in the summer. The couple are delighted with the news and are very much looking forward to starting a family together.”<\/p>\n

The couple’s baby news came months ahead of their first wedding anniversary. The Duke and Duchess got married last June at Chester Cathedral. Prince William is said to have served<\/a> as an usher at the wedding. The Princess of Wales<\/a>, who began her course of preventative chemotherapy months earlier in February<\/a> 2024, and her children, Prince George, Princess<\/strong> Charlotte<\/strong> and Prince<\/strong> Louis<\/strong>, did not attend the ceremony, which took place on a school day.<\/p>\n

William and George’s appearance at the game with the Duke and Duchess follows the royal father-son duo’s recent trip to Paris.<\/a> The two Princes traveled to the French capital last week to attend the UEFA Champions League match between Paris Saint-Germain F.C. and Aston Villa F.C. on April 9.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ahead of the game, the royal dad of three, who is an avid Aston Villa fan, admitted to TNT Sports<\/a> that the evening was a “big deal” for him. “Well, I\u2019ve got my son here as well, so I\u2019m on best behavior as well,” William said. “But I thought, it\u2019s been 43 years since anything like this has happened in my generation as a Villa fan, and I want George to experience a night out away from home in a big European competition.”<\/p>\n
