Leeds United will be doing whatever it takes to stay up in the Premier League this season.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 49ers<\/a> need their plan to work this campaign for the club to push on, as plenty of opportunities could open up.<\/p>\n

With the Whites spending sensibly this window, Leeds could spend big next summer<\/a> if safety is confirmed.<\/p>\n

Paraag Marathe<\/a> is hoping that Daniel Farke<\/a> has what it takes, and Leeds<\/a> fans will want to see strong performances off the bat.<\/p>\n

Pre-season has presented promising signs, but Jamie Carragher<\/a> has picked out something else that has caught his eye.<\/p>\n

Farke has played a big part in the ongoing business at Elland Road<\/a> this summer, as there appears to be a trend with the Whites\u2019 seven new additions.<\/p>\n

All the new signings are in and around or over six foot, which represents this strategy, and it\u2019s something Carragher believes is similar to what former Whites boss Sam Allardyce<\/a> would have done.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt looks like a template for staying in the Premier League,\u201d Carragher said to The Overlap.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey feel like set-pieces are going to be massively important.<\/p>\n

Simon Rix, who was in conversation with Carragher, said: \u201cYou can tell the aim of the game is to be really physical.\u201d<\/p>\n

As the former Liverpool defender responded: \u201cSounds like you\u2019ve got big Sam as the manager!\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s certainly something unique, but it could turn out to be a masterclass from Farke and the Leeds hierarchy.<\/p>\n

Carragher said Leeds have got to go all out<\/a>, but Allardyce himself has proven this strategy works.<\/p>\n

Daniel Farke is learning off the best in Sam Allardyce at Leeds United<\/p>\n

The Whites following this path seems like the correct decision, with survival the only target, as Farke hopes to end the trend of newly-promoted clubs getting relegated.<\/p>\n

Of course, Allardyce couldn\u2019t do this with Leeds in the 2022\/23 season, but if he had his own transfers, he would have had a much more physical team than the one he was presented with.<\/p>\n

This is where the Peacocks can shine, and despite ignoring Allardyce\u2019s desire for Leeds to spend more<\/a>, the new additions won\u2019t make the Whites an easy team to beat next season.<\/p>\n
