Luke Browne is wanted by police for breaching his licence conditions after serving part of a prison sentence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \"><a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/merseyside-police\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Merseyside Police<\/a> released an appeal today, August 8, calling for information.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The 34-year-old is described as a white male, 5ft 9in tall, of slim build with blue eyes, short blond hair and a short, auburn coloured beard.
