London is brimming with\u00a0old-school glamour and charm, so it\u2019s no surprise that one of the city\u2019s oldest and most famous hotels is still topping rankings for the world\u2019s top places to stay. That\u2019s just what\u00a0London does best.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Claridge\u2019s<\/a> hotel in Mayfair has been named as one of the \u201850 greatest luxury hotels on Earth\u2019 by luxury\u00a0lifestyle guide\u00a0Robb Report<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Each year\u00a0Robb Report produces the 50-strong list of the planet\u2019s finest high-end hotels. For 2025, only one UK establishment made the cut.<\/p>\n

Claridge\u2019s came in an impressive third place in the global ranking, being beaten only by Florence\u2019s<\/a> Collegio alla Querce in second, and Rosewood Amsterdam in first place<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Opened in 1812, the\u00a0historic hotel is a true legend of the scene and a longtime favourite\u00a0place to stay\u00a0for royals and celebrities \u2013 its pillows have supported the very important heads of everyone from Queen Victoria to Kate Moss. Made up of 269 regal rooms, a\u00a0subterranean spa, swanky gym and two very highly regarded restaurants<\/a>, Claridge\u2019s has everything one might need for a truly luxurious stay.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Robb Report wrote: \u2018This grande dame of the London hotel scene is a beloved, determinedly British institution that\u2019s been part of English life for decades, yet it retains a youthful vigor.<\/p>\n

As for the Time Out editors?
