Shane Mosley<\/a> has shared his thoughts on a potential clash between former rival Manny Pacquiao<\/a> and Rolly Romero<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It has been speculated in recent weeks that Filipino great Pacquiao could be in line to face WBA welterweight champion Romero after making a sensational return to the ring against WBC welterweight champion Mario Barrios last month.<\/a><\/p>\n

Romero picked up the vacant WBA Regular title at 147lbs with an impressive performance against Ryan Garcia<\/a> back in May, flooring his fellow countryman in the second round of their bout in New York City before being declared the winner via unanimous decision.<\/p>\n

He has since been elevated to full champion, after Jaron Ennis vacated the belt in order to move up to the super-welterweight division.<\/p>\n

After it was announced by Pacquiao that he intends to continue with his boxing career, the eight-division world champion appears to have turned his attention to a potential showdown with \u2018Rolly\u2019 next.<\/p>\n

One man who knows about facing Pacquiao is Hall of Famer Mosley, who met the Filipino legend towards the back end of his career in May 2011, suffering a unanimous decision defeat.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Fight Hub TV<\/a>, three-weight world champion Mosley was asked if he believes Pacquiao has what it takes to get the better of \u2018Rolly\u2019 should they go on to face each other.<\/p>\n

\u201cYes \u2026 I see that he could throw more punches and combinations and moves very well, it\u2019d be hard for Rolly to get close to him.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
