FRESH claims over Katie Price\u2019s \u201cfeud\u201d with her daughter Princess can be revealed today.<\/p>\n
In a series of blistering revelations, insiders have accused Katie, 47, of:<\/p>\n
Katie has made a number of claims in the days before her daughter\u2019s reality series, The Princess Diaries, launches on ITV2 at 9pm tonight. It comes after Katie Price reaches out to Harvey’s lookalike half-brother but fears ‘he’s too scared’<\/a>.<\/p>\n READ MORE: Katie Price worries fans with appearance in family photo after explaining weight loss<\/a>READ MORE: Cruz Beckham ‘steals’ his dad’s tiny white trunks and family have epic response<\/a><\/p>\n The mum-of-five said she was banned from her daughter\u2019s 18th birthday party and that her former management team \u2013 who look after ex-husband Peter Andre<\/a> and Princess \u2013 did not want her on the show as they considered her \u201ctrash\u201d.<\/p>\n Speaking on her podcast, Katie claimed: \u201cPrincess was like \u2018I\u2019m having a party\u2019. And I wasn\u2019t invited because it was for \u2018filming\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n The mum-of-five said she was banned from her daughter\u2019s 18th birthday party and that her former management team \u2013 who look after ex-husband Peter Andre and Princess \u2013 did not want her on the show as they considered her \u201ctrash\u201d.<\/p>\n Speaking on her podcast, Katie claimed: \u201cPrincess was like \u2018I\u2019m having a party\u2019. And I wasn\u2019t invited because it was for \u2018filming\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n She added: \u201cThe fact is there\u2019s stuff my daughter is doing and I\u2019m not allowed to be seen at any of it.\u201d<\/p>\n But insiders claimed her version of events was far from the truth.<\/p>\n They said the 18-year-old had arranged to see her mum on the morning of her birthday in June in London \u2013 but Katie failed to appear.<\/p>\n A source said: \u201cIt was all in the diary but then Katie claimed she couldn\u2019t make it as she was abroad. It was disappointing.<\/p>\n \u201cFor Katie to then say she was banned from the afternoon\u2019s filmed party when she was the no-show in the morning is just beyond belief.\u201d<\/p>\n The former Celebrity Big Brother<\/a> winner was later pictured partying in Ibiza, and then Dubai.<\/p>\n She also reportedly accidentally shared a happy birthday Instagram message to Princess \u2013 36 hours before her daughter\u2019s big day.<\/p>\n Insiders are perplexed by Katie\u2019s attempts to \u201crepeatedly insert herself into her daughter\u2019s career\u201d.<\/p>\n The model herself claimed: \u201cI have not been allowed to go on any photoshoots, signings or Superdrug openings or anything like that. I\u2019m not welcome.\u201d<\/p>\n But the source said: \u201cWhy is she making this all about her? What sort of person on the eve of her daughter\u2019s show, starts throwing all these grenades and believes she knows what\u2019s best, and should be given equal billing?<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s Princess\u2019s life, her career.\u201d<\/p>\n A second source added: \u201cIt\u2019s so unfair that Princess is going through all this when it is her show and it\u2019s about her\u2026<\/p>\n \u201cPete keeps quiet about the whole situation with Katie and just wants to support his children.\u201d<\/p>\n Some question whether Katie could be jealous of her daughter\u2019s success.<\/p>\n The source said: \u201cPrincess\u2019s career is flourishing.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was already predicted before she\u2019s going to be the next Kylie Jenner<\/a> and now she\u2019s set to become a millionaire by next year.\u201d<\/p>\n Three-times-married Katie\u2019s behaviour has puzzled some of her former partners.<\/p>\n One source close to an ex told this newspaper that it was \u201cludicrous\u201d for her to have hit out at her former manager at The CAN Group.<\/p>\n Katie, who also has son Junior, 20, with Peter, had claimed: \u201cI\u2019ve always said over my dead body would I want her managing my kids. She doesn\u2019t like me.\u201d<\/p>\n But a source close to an ex claimed: \u201cWhen Katie was at the height of her problems, including her drink-drive arrest a few years ago, she approached her former manager for help. She was in such a bad way but her manager was really happy to help… She organised a job but Katie didn\u2019t end up doing it. To turn around now and claim she wants nothing to do with her is nonsense. She wasn\u2019t saying that at the time.\u201d<\/p>\n Friends say Princess, who lives with her 52-year-old dad, step-mum Emily, 35, and their three young children, loves her mum but that it had not always been easy for her growing up.<\/p>\n In her new series the teen influencer lifts the lid on her tumultuous childhood, including how tough it was when Katie split from her third husband, Kieran Hayler, in 2018. She said: \u201cMy mum, being heartbroken, didn\u2019t deal with it in the best way.<\/p>\n \u201cShe went through a dark time. It was hard for me because I saw things kids don\u2019t need to see, and my mum wasn\u2019t emotionally able to be there.\u201d<\/p>\n Princess read stories at the time about her mum, including her driving bans, divorce and bankruptcy hearings.<\/p>\n She said: \u201cI would go into school and have people ask me questions about what they had seen in the papers and I would go home and cry.\u201d<\/p>\n The teenager\u2019s relationship with her mother is much stronger now. \u201cI\u2019m still not really healed from what has happened but Mum is such a different person and has really fixed herself,\u201d she said, before describing her mum as \u201cmy best friend\u201d.<\/p>\n She added: \u201cShe is so unpredictable. She just lives life and doesn\u2019t care, and I really look up to that.\u201d<\/p>\n The CAN Group said: \u201cWe would never advise a client on their personal life unless asked and we have never stopped anyone seeing their families.\u201d<\/p>\n Katie Price<\/a> did not respond to requests for comment.<\/p>\n Like this story?
