Unlocking European Investment Bank funds for green projects is another option.<\/p>\n<p>Turkey\u2019s foreign ministry told POLITICO it was \u201cwilling \u2026 to cooperate with the EU on energy matters\u201d depending on the bloc\u2019s willingness to engage with Ankara, which it said could include resuming high-level energy talks with Brussels.<\/p>\n<p>But even that assumes Turkey would comply in good faith.
