Businesses in Denbighshire experiencing internet connectivity problems are being offered expert support through Denbighshire County Council\u2019s Digital Officer Service in partnership with Cadwyn Clwyd.<\/strong><\/p>\n The council said that with multiple government schemes currently available and Openreach<\/a> continuing its fibre expansion across the region, it can be difficult for business owners to stay up to date with the latest options.<\/p>\n It is offering a free advisory service, where a dedicated Digital Officer can provide tailored advice, investigate issues, raise queries with Openreach<\/a>, and provide a detailed report on connections and available solutions.<\/p>\n Councillor Emrys Wynne, Lead Member for Welsh Language, Culture and Heritage, said:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cDigital connectivity is essential for business growth and sustainability. Through this service, we\u2019re making sure Denbighshire businesses aren\u2019t left behind and have access to the support they need to thrive in the digital age.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cWe understand the pressures local businesses face, and this service is one way we\u2019re helping to remove barriers and create opportunities for growth.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n The service is fully funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and is available to all businesses in Denbighshire at no cost.<\/p>\n\n
