Irwin Mitchell has bolstered its medical negligence services in Scotland with the appointment of partner Darren Deery.<\/p>\n
Mr Deery, who previously sat on the management board of Drummond Miller, will now head the firm\u2019s Scottish medical negligence team.<\/p>\n
He has been ranked as a Band 1 individual on Chambers & Partners for 12 years, with recognised expertise in surgical errors, delayed diagnoses and fatal accidents.<\/p>\n
