My Chemical Romance<\/a> have announced plans for two huge shows at Wembley Stadium in 2026.<\/p>\n

The band who are currently out on their 2025 North American \u2018Long Live The Black Parade\u2019 stadium tour<\/a>, which kicked off last month<\/a> after selling out within hours<\/a>, will perform at the legendary London venue on July 10 and 11 next year.<\/p>\n

Tickets will go on sale at 10am this Friday (August 15) and can be purchased here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It comes after they appeared to tease upcoming UK live shows last week in a new video depicting an old-school TV game show, Quizzo<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Yesterday (August 10), Wembley Stadium teased the MCR logo along with an image of their \u2018Long Live The Black Parade\u2019 tour logo on the front of the stadium, ahead of confirmation of the two shows at the venue this morning (August 11).<\/p>\n

My Chemical Romance last performed on these shores as part of their reunion tour in 2022. Dates took place in Milton Keynes<\/a>, Cornwall, Dublin, Warrington, Cardiff and Glasgow.<\/p>\n

The group are playing their 2006 third album \u2018The Black Parade\u2019 in full at their current shows, along with rarities from that era and some hits. At a recent gig in LA, MCR debuted an unreleased song titled \u2018War Beneath The Rain\u2019<\/a>. They\u2019ve also treated the crowd to a surprise cover of The Smashing Pumpkins\u2019 1995 track \u2018Bullet With Butterfly Wings\u2019<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Each show on the tour features a different hand-selected artist as support<\/a>, including Violent Femmes<\/a>,\u00a0100 Gecs<\/a>,\u00a0Wallows<\/a>,\u00a0Garbage<\/a>,\u00a0Death Cab For Cutie <\/a>and\u00a0Thursday<\/a>,\u00a0Alice Cooper<\/a>, Pixies<\/a>,\u00a0Devo,<\/a>\u00a0IDLES<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Evanescence<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In June, MCR released a deluxe 21st anniversary reissue<\/a> of their classic second album, 2004\u2019s \u2018Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge\u2019.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, the band performed a cover of\u00a0Bon Jovi<\/a>\u2018s \u2018Livin\u2019 On A Prayer\u2019 in New Jersey over the weekend<\/a>.<\/p>\n

NME gave My Chemical Romance\u2019s 2022 stop at Cornwall\u2019s Eden Project a glowing five-star review<\/a>, writing: \u201cTonight\u2019s show is fearless, loose and raw. It genuinely feels like anything could happen, as My Chemical Romance channel punk rebellion and playful ambition. \u2018This has been special and amazing,\u2019 says Way, taking the words right out of our mouths.\u201d<\/p>\n

That same year, the band shared their first new single in eight years, \u2018The Foundations Of Decay\u2019<\/a>. Despite much speculation about further new material<\/a>, MCR are yet to follow up on their fourth album \u2018Danger Days\u2019<\/a> (2010).<\/p>\n
