{"id":335917,"date":"2025-08-11T14:21:15","date_gmt":"2025-08-11T14:21:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/335917\/"},"modified":"2025-08-11T14:21:15","modified_gmt":"2025-08-11T14:21:15","slug":"prem-cup-fixture-v-saints-moved-to-friday-november-21","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/335917\/","title":{"rendered":"Prem Cup fixture v Saints moved to Friday, November 21"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The PREM\u00a0Rugby Cup round five fixture at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leicestertigers.com\/mattioli-woods\/mattioli-woods-welford-road\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mattioli Woods Welford Road<\/a> has been moved from Saturday, November 22 to Friday, November 21.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The match will see Leicester Tigers take on\u00a0Northampton Saints\u00a0in the pool\u00a0stages of the cup.<\/p>\n<p>Kick off is now scheduled for\u00a0Friday, November 21 with a kick off time of 7.30pm.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The remaining PREM Cup matches are unaffected, with Geoff Parling\u2019s first competitive game in charge of Leicester Tigers\u00a0at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.leicestertigers.com\/club\/partnership\/mattioli-woods\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mattioli Woods<\/a> Welford Road\u00a0in Round 1 of the Cup against Saracens on Saturday, September 13, before a trip\u00a0to Harlequins in Round 2.<\/p>\n<p>Following a break, there&#8217;s a visit to Newcastle Falcons at the end of October before welcoming Saints for the first home East Midlands derby of the season.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tickets for the first PREM Rugby Cup fixture will go on sale in August.
