Bilal El Khannouss has been repeatedly linked with a move to Leeds United this summer.<\/strong><\/p>\n Leicester\u2019s El Khannouss<\/a> has already started the season well in the Championship, registering two assists in the Foxes\u2019 opening-day victory against Sheffield Wednesday.<\/p>\n Leeds have made it clear they want to sign El Khannouss<\/a>, who can play in various positions as a result of his versatility and willingness to adapt.<\/p>\n Daniel Farke<\/a> has seemingly refrained from using a number 10 in pre-season, though the potential arrival of the Moroccan could alter that, and the Whites may be set to step up their search to recruit him in the coming days.<\/p>\n Man City\u2019s James McAtee was also linked with Leeds<\/a> this summer, but it has since been reported by Fabrizio Romano that an agreement is close with Nottingham Forest.<\/p>\n The Englishman is a very similar profile to El Khannouss, and for Leeds<\/a> to have been linked with both showcases that there is some truth behind the interest.<\/p>\n However, if the Whites are to miss out on McAtee, they will surely look to go full-throttle in their quest to bring El Khannouss to Elland Road<\/a>.<\/p>\n El Khannouss\u2019 stats last season.<\/p>\n Newcastle are also keen on a deal for the Leicester star, but the assurances that Leeds would be able to offer over gametime could give them the advantage.<\/p>\n The 49ers<\/a> cannot afford to lose out on both players, and they will be well aware of that heading into the final few weeks of the transfer window.<\/p>\n Leeds have done some good business this summer, but the lack of attacking reinforcements is certainly cause for concern.<\/p>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/daniel-farke-1024x576.jpg\")
