A Coronation Street<\/a> local lives up to her \u2018nightmare neighbour\u2019 reputation<\/a> next week when an outburst gets her fired from a new job.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Lou Michaelis (Farrel Hegarty) and her husband Mick (Joe Layton) arrived in Weatherfield earlier this year, taking up residence over the other side of the ginnel in Mawdsley Street.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Upon their introduction, Corrie bosses promised the couple were \u2018livewires\u2019<\/a> set to cause \u2018a lot of damage and a lot of chaos\u2019.<\/p>\n

That certainly looks to be the case this week when Lou gets herself in trouble at Audrey Roberts<\/a>\u2019 (Sue Nicholls<\/a>) salon.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Having spotted an advert for a stylist in the window, Lou calls in with Gemma Winter-Brown<\/a> (Dolly-Rose Campbell<\/a>) to inquire.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Lou makes out she\u2019s an accomplished stylist and with Gemma\u2019s backing, persuades Audrey to give her a trial \u2013\u00a0but the salon boss left wondering what she has let herself in for.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Her concerns appear to be founded later in the week when Gemma calls in at the salon and finds Lou in the middle of a row with Maria Connor<\/a> (Samia Longchambon<\/a>).\u00a0<\/p>\n

Things escalate when Lou chucks some hair dye over her, prompting Maria to fire her on the spot.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Lou storms out of the salon and after Gemma runs after her, she opens up about having a son who she is worried sick about.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This could be a hint to a convincing fan theory that Mick and Lou are the parents<\/a> of Dylan Wilson<\/a>\u2019s (Liam McCheyne<\/a>) tormentor Brody (Ryan Mulvey<\/a>) in the secure training centre.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The good news for Lou is that Audrey asserts that she\u2019s willing to give Lou a second chance as she\u2019s brought a lot of clients with her, leaving Maria despairing.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Despite already making a big impact on the Street, earlier this month Corrie bosses confirmed that Lou and Mick\u2019s time on the show will soon be coming to an end<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A spokesperson said: \u2018This is not a shock exit or an early exit. Mick and Lou were brought into the show to cause chaos on the cobbles in the build-up to a major storyline in the summer and they are already making their presence felt.<\/p>\n

\u2018Joe and Farrell were contracted for a specific length of time, some characters come in for a long time and some like Mick and Lou are brought to pass through and leave a trail of destruction behind them.<\/p>\n

\u2018Both actors are still filming with the show and will be on screen until the summer.\u2019<\/p>\n

Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV1 or stream first from 7am on ITVX.<\/strong><\/p>\n
