{"id":337803,"date":"2025-08-12T06:57:21","date_gmt":"2025-08-12T06:57:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/337803\/"},"modified":"2025-08-12T06:57:21","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T06:57:21","slug":"brighton-sign-arsenal-forward-rosa-kafaji-on-loan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/337803\/","title":{"rendered":"Brighton sign Arsenal forward Rosa Kafaji on loan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\"><b class=\"ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3\">Brighton have signed Sweden forward Rosa Kafaji on a season-long loan from Arsenal.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">The 19-year-old joined Arsenal last summer after a three-year spell with Swedish side Hacken.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">She made 19 appearances in all competitions for the Gunners, helping the club win the Women&#8217;s Champions League.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Kafaji began her career at AIK, making her debut aged 15 in 2019 before moving to Hacken in 2022.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">The forward made her Sweden debut in 2023 and has gone on to make 10 appearances, scoring two goals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;We are excited to welcome Rosa to the squad for the season ahead,&#8221; said Brighton boss Dario Vidosic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;She&#8217;s a versatile attacker who shows plenty of promise in the front line. <\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;She&#8217;s a fantastic addition to the team for our new campaign and we&#8217;re excited to see her integrate within our squad and style of play.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Brighton have signed Sweden forward Rosa Kafaji on a season-long loan from Arsenal.
