{"id":338257,"date":"2025-08-12T10:58:10","date_gmt":"2025-08-12T10:58:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/338257\/"},"modified":"2025-08-12T10:58:10","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T10:58:10","slug":"ait-home-delivery-launches-two-person-delivery-service-in-germany","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/338257\/","title":{"rendered":"AIT Home Delivery launches two-person delivery service in Germany"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aithomedelivery.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AIT Home Delivery<\/a>, part of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aitworldwide.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AIT Worldwide Logistics<\/a>, has launched Germany\u2019s first dedicated next-day, two-person <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parcelandpostaltechnologyinternational.com\/news\/delivery\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">delivery<\/a> service.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Operating from a state-of-the-art 20,000m2\u00a0 facility in Hannover, the company will handle 1,000 deliveries per day, supported by a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parcelandpostaltechnologyinternational.com\/news\/vehicles-fleet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fleet<\/a> of 50 branded trailers and 80 two-person delivery crews.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deliveries will take place Monday-Saturday from 7:00am to 8:00pm as standard and AIT Home Delivery will be able to provide the service to 85% of the German population.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/gary-mckelvey-46396528\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gary McKelvey<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/aithomedelivery.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AIT<\/a>\u2019s vice president of global home delivery, said, \u201cWe are bringing something genuinely new to the market and a service which will revolutionize two-person home delivery in Germany. It is a true game changer underpinned by a proven model from the UK, cutting-edge technology and a dedicated local team committed to providing the ultimate final-mile delivery experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AIT\u2019s operation is backed by 11 regional depots and an experienced German <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parcelandpostaltechnologyinternational.com\/news\/logistics\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">logistics<\/a> team reporting directly to McKelvey.
