Have you ever wanted a “Clear Edition” of the Xbox Series X? Well, here’s what it might look like!<\/p>\n

The talented folks over at Extreme Consoles<\/a> have come up with a transparent Series X design featuring green ambient lighting that’s gone viral on social media over the past few days, racking up hundreds of thousands of views.<\/p>\n

In fact, this Clear Edition Xbox Series X has been so popular that Aaron Greenberg<\/a> has commented on it, with Microsoft’s VP of games marketing calling it “so beautiful” and suggesting that it needs to be part of a museum.<\/p>\n

The image is one thing, but here’s a look at the video that’s attracted the most interest (with Aaron’s comment):<\/p>\n

Now, before you ask, you can’t just go on the Extreme Consoles website<\/a> and hit the “Buy” button on this – the company does stock custom controllers and Series X Smart Wraps on there, but they say their work is “predominantly bespoke” with “each design tailored exclusively for our clients”.<\/p>\n

It’s not clear whether this is something you can actually order from them, but it’s certainly worth a try if you’re interested and willing to pay a premium (presumably) for it – there’s a contact page on the website where you can get in touch.<\/p>\n

Anyway, this is cool! We’ll leave you with a look at a similar design they made for the Xbox 360 recently, and let us know in the comments if you’d be interested in a “Clear Edition” Xbox Series X – maybe Microsoft should have made one?<\/p>\n
