AEMET, <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.walesonline.co.uk\/all-about\/met-office\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Spain&#8217;s meteorological authority akin to the Met Office,<\/a> broadcasted a cautionary message on X, previously known as <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.walesonline.co.uk\/all-about\/twitter\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The agency attributed the scorching conditions to &#8220;the persistence of a warm, <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.walesonline.co.uk\/all-about\/tourism\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">dry air mass&#8221; hovering over vast swathes of the region<\/a>.
