The management of Liverpool\u2019s newest brunch spot have said they \u201ccouldn\u2019t be prouder” to see its running club “take off\u201d so well. Chances are, if you are on social media, you are likely to be already familiar with Rise Brunch.<\/a><\/p>\n

The Exchange Square venue has been taking TikTok and Instagram by storm recently<\/a>. Although it has only been open for a number of months, it has already established itself as a go-to place for many people who live in the area.<\/p>\n

This won\u2019t come as a surprise to anyone familiar with the brand, as it has a reputation that precedes it with successful venues elsewhere in the country. Rise Brunch is the brainchild of a group of friends who wanted to find a good cup of coffee.<\/p>\n

Leigh Norton and Jack Swire have been pals for nearly 10 years. They were fed up with average coffee and decided to take matters into their own hands.<\/p>\n

The pair boast a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the hospitality industry, turning their hands to managerial roles in local restaurants and national chains.<\/p>\n

Jack has now taken things a step further by \u201cbringing the community together\u201d every Sunday morning with the venue\u2019s own run club. <\/a>Hosted by Victoria Goulbourne, former The Apprentice star<\/a> turned fitness guru, the free weekly event sets off from the restaurant at 9am, before heading back for a well-earned brunch.<\/p>\n

Victoria said: \u201cIt\u2019s really just about getting the community together, whether it\u2019s your first 5K, or you\u2019re sandwiching it into a long run to break it up – our run club is for everyone.<\/p>\n

\u201cRunning has helped me through some tough times and brought me my best times, so seeing so many faces at the run club makes me so happy. You never know how much someone just needs the fresh air and human connection.\u201d<\/p>\n

Each week, the route changes, keeping the experience fresh and showcasing Liverpool\u2019s best running spots. The 5K run is not a race, and runners of all paces are welcome, with different groups ensuring nobody gets left behind.<\/p>\n

Jack added: \u201cAt Rise, it\u2019s always been about more than just amazing food \u2013 it\u2019s about creating community. Our run clubs bring people together, friendships are made, and it\u2019s an atmosphere like no other. We couldn\u2019t be prouder to see the Liverpool Run Club take off the way it has.\u201d<\/p>\n
