Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been given some blunt advice by former Real Housewife Bethenny Frankel.<\/p>\n

The former Real Housewives of New York City star suggested that many of the Sussexes\u2019 ventures since stepping back from royal duties have failed to \u201cland\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey didn\u2019t want the fame, but they didn\u2019t want to give up the lifestyle, because it\u2019s expensive. Now they\u2019re living in Montecito, and it\u2019s hard for things to land,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s hard to land all of those things, and they wanted to do it in a timely manner because they realised there was a certain window of opportunity, so they made all these different deals. And business is really hard,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n

Despite the criticism, Frankel insisted she admired their relationship, continuing to tell Us Weekly: \u201cI respect that relationship and that loyalty to each other, and I just don\u2019t think it\u2019s that easy. <\/p>\n

\u201cIf it was so easy, everybody would be good at doing it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Since leaving the royal fold, Meghan has launched two podcasts, a Netflix docuseries, a lifestyle show called With Love, Meghan, and a product line featuring jams, wine, and cookie mix.<\/p>\n

Harry has released a tell-all memoir and produced a Netflix reality series focused on the world of polo.<\/p>\n

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s Netflix deal has recently been renewed, with Meghan saying: \u201cWe’re proud to extend our partnership with Netflix and expand our work together to include the As ever brand. <\/p>\n

“My husband and I feel inspired by our partners who work closely with us and our Archewell Productions team to create thoughtful content across genres that resonates globally, and celebrates our shared vision.\u201d<\/p>\n

A source close to the Sussexes told GB News: \u201cThe couple are pretty thrilled with the deal. It\u2019s been a long time in the planning. They\u2019re over the moon. It\u2019s great to be able to continue making great programmes with Netflix.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s been frustrating we haven\u2019t been able to say too much and put [the rumours] to bed during contract negotiations.<\/p>\n

Netflix would not have renewed the deal if they thought The Duke and Duchess wouldn\u2019t sell.\u201d<\/p>\n

Frankel, who has built a multi-million-dollar career as a TikTok influencer, also turned her attention to the world of talk shows, aiming for the likes of Jeremy Clarkson, Drew Barrymore, and Jimmy Kimmel.<\/p>\n

Regarding her online presence, she explained: \u201cPeople are like, \u2018When are you going back on TV?\u2019 <\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018I am [on TV]. This is it. We\u2019re watching the show right now.\u2019<\/p>\n
