Spain could join the UK, Netherlands and Portugal as the highest risk jurisdictions, according to CMS\u2019 fifth European Class Action Report.<\/p>\n

There has been an \u201cextraordinary\u201d increase in class-action risk since 2020, attributed to new procedures, boundary-pushing law firms, technology-assisted bookbuilding and greater availability of funding, according to the European Class Action Report 2025, published by international firm CMS on Monday (11 August).<\/p>\n
