Wythenshawe<\/a> Park is to obey the laws of the land. They have said: “Drugs are no more legal at a festival than in the outside world. Drug dealing and consumption will not be tolerated.”<\/p>\nProhibited items include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- No balaclavas or masks<\/li>\n
- No alcohol or liquids of any kind<\/li>\n
- No aerosols, sprays or pressurised containers<\/li>\n
- No drugs including \u2018legal highs\u2019<\/li>\n
- No knives or weapons<\/li>\n
- No perfumes or aftershaves<\/li>\n
- No glass<\/li>\n
- No umbrellas<\/li>\n
- No food<\/li>\n
- No dogs<\/li>\n
- No flares or fireworks<\/li>\n
- No camp chairs or stools<\/li>\n
- No bikes<\/li>\n
- No re-entry<\/li>\n
- No selfie-sticks<\/li>\n
- No flag poles<\/li>\n
- No rucksacks or large bags (that are not rucksacks).<\/li>\n
- No bags larger than 21cm x 30cm x 8cm (A4 Size)<\/li>\n
- No professional cameras<\/li>\n
- Water bottles are allowed if they are plastic, see-through and under 500ml<\/li>\n
- No high vis vests or tabards<\/li>\n
- No alcohol or liquids. Sun cream in a small bottle (in it’s original packaging) is allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Venue rules and guidance:<\/strong><\/p>\nUnder 14s must be accompanied by an adult, 14-17 allowed unaccompanied<\/p>\n
Live from Wythenshawe Park has a zero tolerance on legal highs. If you arrive with any of the above items you will usually be able to dispose of it\/them at the gate.<\/p>\n
No items left at the gate will be able to be collected once the customer has left the gate area. Items surrendered at the gate can be disposed of immediately.<\/p>\n
Organisers also advise that it may not be the most suitable environment for younger attendees. Services and facilities for children will be limited, and the event is designed primarily with adults in mind.<\/p>\n
Please familiarise yourself with where the welfare area and exits are. Please also make a meeting point when you arrive and be wary of areas with large crowds.<\/p>\n
They recommend you visit the on-site medical tent where they have blank wristbands that we can add contact information for children to wear.<\/p>\n
Admission is subject to search and management reserve the right to refuse admission. Please note A valid I.D. is required upon entry.
