No use in betting, games or single club\/league\/player publications.\"  \/>Tom Brady, right, became a minority shareholder at Birmingham in August 2023 (Nick Potts\/PA)<\/p>\n<p>Former England captain Rooney said he was \u201creally disappointed\u201d at the seven-time Super Bowl winner\u2019s criticism.<\/p>\n<p>The ex-Everton and Manchester United striker said: \u201cI think Tom came in once, which was the day before a game where the days are a little bit lighter anyway, and I don\u2019t think he really understood football that well.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut what he does understand is \u2013 he\u2019s a hard worker \u2013 we know that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rooney added: \u201cFootball is not NFL \u2013 NFL works for three months a year.
