Fans of Destination X <\/a>on BBC<\/a> One have been left furious by a \u2018rubbish\u2019 twist.<\/p>\n The reality competition has been heating up in recent weeks, as fans are getting closer to winning \u00a3100,000.<\/p>\n Rob Brydon<\/a>\u2019s new\u00a0BBC<\/a>\u00a0reality show, which has been tipped as Race Across the World meets\u00a0The Traitors<\/a>, sees players try and figure out where on earth they are by picking up on the clues dropped through various games, and the look of the area around them.<\/p>\n Ultimately, the person to guess the furthest location from where they truly are by the end of the episode is booted out of the coach.<\/p>\n However, in a huge twist, Josh was given the chance to sabotage someone and move their X 250km away from the point they chose \u2013 and he chose Nick.<\/p>\n This led many fans on social media to share their fury over the decision, with @alexanderls3 writing on X: \u2018WHY do these shows always throw in stupid twists?!<\/p>\n \t\t \t\t \u2018What do you mean Josh can move someone\u2019s pinpoint 250km away\u2026.. that\u2019s just straight up cheating as he\u2019s obviously going to choose the best player (Nick) and how is that fair? #DestinationX\u2019<\/p>\n @RebelDiamond_ added: \u2018If #Nick goes on that ridiculously unfair twist I\u2019m going to be savage #DestinationX\u2019<\/p>\n @DrabWilly similarly said: \u2018Having a competitor move someone\u2019s pin 250km away from their guess makes a mockery of the show, just becomes a game of luck and randomness rather than skill (including deception) and intelligence. <\/p>\n \u2018Prob won\u2019t bother watching if Nick ends up eliminated as a result #destinationx\u2019<\/p>\n @thraxar also wrote: \u2018Well I liked DestinationX until tonight\u2019s episode.
