Rasmus Hojlund’s decision to agree to an exit from Manchester United is the right move not just for the club but for him personally.<\/p>\n

During a World Cup year, the Dane<\/a> needs to be playing regular football and that simply was not going to be possible at Old Trafford this summer. The loan spell or permanent move to AC Milan could prove to be a masterstroke for all concerned.<\/p>\n

Hojlund knows the division well and has the chance to be a regular starter in Serie A which could be the catalyst to reigniting his career. Should he choose to leave, the Reds<\/a> will need to replace him in some fashion whether that’s by promoting from within or buying a new recruit.<\/p>\n

This is where the opportunity to sign a Premier League<\/a> proven striker comes in. Aleksandar Mitrovic<\/a> excelled at Fulham both in the Championship and Premier League before deciding to take up Al Hilal’s offer of a move to the Saudi Pro League.<\/p>\n

Mitrovic has excelled at his new club too, but it seems that Al Hilal are now ready to move on. It is reported by Al Kass<\/a> that Al Hilal are open to paying the \u00a321m termination clause in Mitrovic’s contract so that he can leave the club and free up a place in their team.<\/p>\n

Sky has slashed the price of its Essential TV and Sky Sports<\/a> bundle ahead of the 2025\/26 season, saving members \u00a3192 and offering more than 1,400 live matches across the Premier League, EFL and more.<\/p>\n

Sky will show at least 215 live Premier League games next season, an increase of up to 100 more.<\/p>\n

Should they do this, the 30-year-old would become a free agent and may pursue a return to the Premier League. As spending options for United, particularly on a second choice striker, are limited, bringing Mitrovic on a free transfer is ideal for the Reds<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He is the perfect type of player to act as a mentor to Benjamin Sesko<\/a> and may not demand the regular playing time that other options could. Mitrovic’s arrival would also halt the need to promote Chido Obi<\/a> too soon and allow Joshua Zirkzee<\/a> to be used deeper where he clearly helps the team more.<\/p>\n

Mitrovic could take Sesko under his wing and aide his development, while also providing a potent alternative option for Ruben Amorim while the former RB Leipzig forward becomes accustomed to life in the Premier League.<\/p>\n

It truly would be a win-win scenario for the Reds. The only thing left would be to offer Mitrovic a contract that he is happy to take.<\/p>\n
