Such offensive graffiti is not only criminal damage, but it spreads hatred in the community. This hateful behaviour is deplorable and does not reflect the views of the community.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">\u201cIn addition, the offensive graffiti is wrong in the assumption of what the building will be turned into. The owner has confirmed the building has been approved by the NHS to accommodate staff working at the local hospital \u2013 so it will benefit the community.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">\u201cI would appeal to residents or anyone who may have information which could help us find those responsible to come forward.
