A new list of the best places to live in England has been compiled by experts.<\/p>\n
Official data on a number of factors was taken into consideration when judging counties, towns and cities.<\/p>\n
A number of posh, picturesque and affluent places in the Midlands made it into the top 50.<\/p>\n
