Slovenia cemented a hard-fought 60-55<\/a> win over Great Britain and it was Veronika Ferjancic<\/b><\/a> <\/b>who <\/b>was the difference-maker. She shot a perfect 7 of 7 from the floor en-route to 16 points and made it a double-double with 14 boards. Handing out 4 assists and blocking 3 shots, she harvested a monster efficiency rating of 37.<\/p>\n
Great Britain showed resilience as they looked to bounce back from a first day loss, but they just fell short despite a big show from Isey Guttormsdottir-Frost<\/b><\/a>. She scored 25 points, which was almost half her team’s final points tally and had 7 rebounds in an exceptional showing.<\/p>\n
