Taskmaster favourites Munya Chawawa and Judi Love have been cast in a brand new comedy from Channel 4.<\/p>\n

The six-part series Schooled focuses on Kayleigh Clarke (Cheaters’ Shiloh Coke), a woman with no teaching experience \u2013 and even less patience \u2013 who is appointed as Head of Year 10.<\/p>\n

The official synopsis states: “Schooled is a comedic love letter to the teachers and school support staff, following Kayleigh as she faces off with everything from Ofsted inspections and AI-generated scandals to riotous Parent’s Evenings.<\/p>\n

“Despite the lack of resources, overworked staff and relentless students, Kayleigh is determined to turn her lack of credentials into a strength as she forms unexpected bonds and discovers that sometimes empathy (and maybe a bit of bribery) is the best tool for survival.”<\/p>\n

Chawawa plays the character ‘T’, while Love has been cast as Anita.<\/p>\n

Also starring in Schooled are The Baby’s Michelle De Swarte as Naomi, Bridgerton’s Charithra Chandran as Lara, Gentleman Jack’s Alex Bhat as Mr Waites, and Ready Player One’s Elliot Barnes-Worrell as Micah.<\/p>\n

Filming for the show, which is based on creator Delia-Ren\u00e9 Donaldson’s own real-life experiences, is currently underway.<\/p>\n

Schooled does not currently have a release date, but will be coming to Channel 4.<\/strong><\/p>\n
