Real Housewives of Cheshire<\/a> star Tanya Bardsley<\/a> has unveiled a stunning new look following a recent cosmetic procedure, leaving fans in awe of her transformation. The 43 year old opened up on what she done with her face after her shock surgery and perimenopause hell.<\/a><\/p>\n In an exclusive chat, Tanya opened up that she recently went under the knife for a half-mid facelift and was shocked by what the medics found.<\/p>\n \u201cThey were scraping out 20-year-old filler. Afterwards, the surgeon said I couldn\u2019t use anything on my skin apart from water and Bio-Oil, and honestly, my skin was amazing! Then I stupidly introduced all the retinols and things I used to use, and now my skin is awful. I need to go back to basics again.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThat\u2019s what I mean about relearning my body. So many things change as a woman, I think it\u2019s important to notice them.\u201d<\/p>\n Despite her glamorous on-screen persona, Tanya embraces a more relaxed style at home, especially while managing her lively household of three boys. She humorously remarked, ahead of the first episode of their ITVBe fly on the wall reality show – The Bardlsey Bunch<\/a>, “People will see us all in our scruffs.”<\/p>\n “Also, my kids are always in their underpants, so I spent most of the time trying to get some more clothes on them all!”<\/p>\n Just over two years later, Tanya is the healthiest she\u2019s ever been, having sought help privately and spending 12 months off the booze. While she now enjoys the occasional glass of wine or a cocktail, it\u2019s not a \u201cmust\u201d for her, and she can take it or leave it.<\/p>\n \u201cI had no idea about the relationship between perimenopause and ADHD, and it turned my ADHD up 10-fold,\u201d she says. \u201cThat\u2019s partly why I\u2019ve been so open about my own experience. I\u2019ve seen the very dark places it can take you to, and I know that one in four women with ADHD who attempt suicide will succeed. I\u2019ve been there, and didn\u2019t succeed, and we shouldn\u2019t have to get to that point.<\/p>\n \u201cFor me, a year off alcohol made such a difference. I would recommend it to any woman with ADHD who thinks they\u2019re hitting menopause, because it changes so much. It\u2019s like I\u2019ve had to relearn my body all over again.\u201d<\/p>\n In 2023, Tanya revealed the incredible results of a non-surgical skin treatment <\/a>that claims to remodel and contour the face.
