movement of the hands could be a clear warning sign of a devastating condition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Experts have said the symptom could indicate that someone was experiencing the advanced stages of dementia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Roughly 900,000 people across the UK were affected by dementia, and the early indicators were often confused with normal ageing processes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \"><strong class=\"Strong_strong__e2x35\">READ MORE: <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.birminghammail.co.uk\/whats-on\/shopping\/iceland-giving-shoppers-1-reward-32288333\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Iceland giving shoppers \u00a31 reward if they do one thing<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Common signs of dementia include memory difficulties and confusion, however there were lesser-known symptoms that could easily be missed or misunderstood.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The Alzheimer&#8217;s Society has said changes in behaviour could suggest dementia was in its later phases.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The charity explained: &#8220;People in the later stages of dementia may behave out of character.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;These behaviours can be difficult to understand and often have different causes.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">According to the <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/news\/health\/dementia-symptom-could-appear-hands-35742607\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Mirror<\/a>, this may manifest in the hands, with &#8220;constant&#8221;
