\n Liverpool Celebrates, a family-friendly event taking place at the Pier Head over the August bank holiday, will allow children to attend for free on Sunday, August 24, with a paying adult.\n<\/p>\n
\n The festival promises a packed weekend of live music, entertainment, and activities for all ages.\n<\/p>\n

\n “Johnny Bongo will host a Bongo\u2019s Bingo special, followed by artists recognised as some of the best tribute acts in the business playing all the singalong specials.\n<\/p>\n
\n “There\u2019s also face painting, stilt walkers and other entertainers with street food from around the world and sweet treats galore.\n<\/p>\n
\n “With gates opening at 1pm, it\u2019s one of the best-value events in the city this summer.”\n<\/p>\n
\n (Image: Supplied) Saturday\u2019s line-up includes Tony Hadley of Spandau Ballet, Sister Sledge with Kathy Sledge, The Gypsy Kings, and The Real Thing, who were recently named Citizens of Honour in Liverpool.\n<\/p>\n
\n On Sunday, the focus shifts to families, with a special edition of Bongo\u2019s Bingo and performances from tribute acts including Taylor Swift, Amy Winehouse, ABBA, Whitney Houston, and Sabrina Carpenter.\n<\/p>\n
\n Monday will pay tribute to Liverpool\u2019s musical heritage with a Cavern Club-inspired line-up.\n<\/p>\n
\n The day will feature European tribute artists performing songs by The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, and Billy Joel.\n<\/p>\n
