They report that the asking price would be \u20ac50 million, whilst the Premier League could be another destination.<\/p>\n<p>Roma had seemingly taken midfielder <a href=\"https:\/\/sempreinter.com\/2025\/08\/15\/inter-dreaming-manu-kone-ademola-lookman-double-swoop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Manu Kone<\/a> off of the market this past week.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, news emerged that <a href=\"https:\/\/onefootball.com\/en\/team\/inter-16\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Inter<\/a> were ready to make an offer for the Frenchman. Furthermore, it was even reported that Roma were considering negotiating.<\/p>\n<p>However, the Giallorossi made an abrupt about face. (Photo by Juan Manuel Serrano Arce\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<p>According to Il Messaggero, however, behind the scenes Roma are still wavering.<\/p>\n<p>The reason for this is that the Giallorossi still want to do a fair bit of incoming transfer business.<\/p>\n<p>And at the moment, the financial margins are not really there.<\/p>\n<p>Roma coach <a href=\"https:\/\/sempreinter.com\/2025\/08\/16\/roma-coach-gasperini-cagey-future-inter-target-manu-kone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gian Piero Gasperini openly admitted<\/a> yesterday that he\u2019s not certain about Kone\u2019s future. He didn\u2019t hide that he wants more signings before the transfer window closes.<\/p>\n<p>Il Messaggero report that Roma want a fee of at least \u20ac50 million for Kone.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from <a href=\"https:\/\/onefootball.com\/en\/team\/inter-16\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Inter<\/a>, the newspaper name Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich as potential suitors for the 24-year-old.
