It had to be him! A thunderous strike from Eberechi Eze as Crystal Palace take the lead!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Phwoar! That\u2019s some hit from the forward, absolutely leathering it through Robert Sanchez and virtually bursting the mesh behind him. Sanchez will be disappointed to have barely got hands on it – it was pretty much straight at him – but that was travelling.<\/p>\n

Hang on, though – VAR are having a look at possible interference from Marc Guehi…<\/p>\n

A slightly stop-start first ten minutes continues with Ismaila Sarr the next player to get up limping.<\/p>\n

Chance? You\u2019d say so! The resultant free kick after the Sarr incident is swung on to the head of Chris Richards, and the defender probably should have done more with his effort. A sprawling Robert Sanchez snares it but it was going wide anyway.<\/p>\n
