Triple H<\/a> says WWE won\u2019t change plans just because of online criticism.<\/p>\n The road to WWE WrestleMania 41 has faced criticism from many fans, with some calling it underwhelming compared to last year\u2019s build-up. While some have expressed doubts about this year\u2019s showcase of The Greatest Spectacle in Sports Entertainment.<\/p>\n Advertisement<\/p>\n WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H responded to the criticism in a new interview with Peter Rosenberg on WWE\u2019s YouTube channel. The Game made it clear that he\u2019s not changing direction just because the internet says so.<\/p>\n \u201cOne thing that Killer [Kowalski] said to me in the very beginning is, \u2018You fucking work them, they don\u2019t work you. You tell them where it goes, they don\u2019t tell you where it goes.\u2019 You listen to them, you adjust accordingly, you try to think where they will go emotionally, but at the end of the day, we work them. This is, to me, where it gets fun.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cLook, nobody\u2019s perfect, right? At the end of the day, you start to do some things, and if it\u2019s not working, you go different directions or whatever that is. You pivot, maybe you don\u2019t. That\u2019s the new word in the Internet now, pivot. You\u2019ve got to pivot. We don\u2019t like it, you have to pivot \u2014 no we don\u2019t. You don\u2019t know where it\u2019s fucking going. I don\u2019t know. I\u2019m in an arena with 10-15,000 people every night going ape shit for me, selling the most merchandise, but sure whatever you wanna say on the internet, that\u2019s the golden rule.\u2019<\/p>\n \u201cSo the beautiful thing for our business, unlike a movie, or a TV show, or even a book or anything else, is that we have a focus group. You go up, and you do standup, right? You do your standup for a year before you do the TV special or whatever, a lot of times, right? Because you\u2019re trying out all the shit. And you\u2019re seeing what works and what doesn\u2019t.<\/p>\n \u201cIf you\u2019re terrible at your job, you just do it the way you want to do it, and it bombs. If you\u2019re good at your job, you tweak things, you change things, make it seem fresh all the time, but you\u2019re shifting along the way until you get to where it\u2019s just right, and then you go put it out there, right?
