Turkish Airlines flight TK1343 left Istanbul just after 8am on Saturday morning but was diverted to Munich<\/p>\n

A passenger flight from Turkey was forced to divert to Germany en-route to the capital on Saturday morning, April 19.<\/p>\n

Turkish Airlines <\/a>flight TK1343 left Istanbul just after 8am on Saturday morning, April 19, but was diverted to Munich Airport<\/a>, reports Edinburgh Live.<\/a><\/p>\n

However, according to flight tracking site FlightRadar24, the aircraft <\/a>did not issue a Squawk 7700 code which indicates a general emergency onboard and is often used when a flight has to divert.<\/p>\n

Data shows the flight touched down in Germany and is scheduled to leave again on Saturday morning before returning to its intended destination at around 12.20pm.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month Edinburgh Ryanair passengers were reportedly ‘left on the tarmac’ following a medical emergency.<\/p>\n

Passengers onboard the flight from Edinburgh to Alicante were diverted to Stansted Airport <\/a>after an alleged incident onboard. The flight took off shortly after 7.30am and landed at Stansted just before 9am.<\/p>\n
