\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCHENGDU, China \u2013 Florida softball standouts Amanda Lorenz<\/a> and Skylar Wallace<\/a> helped lead Team USA to a fourth-straight World Games title on Sunday in Chengdu, China.<\/p>\n The United States went 5-0 over the five-day competition, defeating Chinese Taipei, the Netherlands and China in pool play, before earning a 10-inning 7-6 victory over Japan in the semifinals and a 5-0 win over Chinese Taipei in the gold medal game.<\/p>\n Team USA outscored opponents 32-6 and posted a .344 team batting average.<\/p>\n In her Women’s National Team debut, Wallace led the Eagles in home runs (3) and RBI (8).<\/p>\n Wallace hit a grand slam vs. China, a game-tying fifth-inning two-run home run in the semifinals vs. Japan and a solo home run in the championship game vs. China Taipei.

\nLorenz, who alternated between right field and designated player for USA, went 2-for-2 with a walk in the gold medal game.
