Jannik Sinner<\/a> and Aryna Sabalenka<\/a> are the defending champions as the US Open<\/a> returns in New York. <\/p>\n

Both World No 1s triumphed against American opponents in last year\u2019s singles finals, with Sinner defeating Taylor Fritz and Sabalenka beating Jessica Pegula. <\/p>\n

When is the US Open draw? <\/p>\n

The draw for the men\u2019s and women\u2019s singles will take place on Thursday 21 August. The start time of the draw has yet to have been confirmed but the ceremony usually takes place at around 5pm BST. It will be available to watch live on the US Open website.<\/p>\n
