Manor Solomon is \u201ccertain\u201d to leave Tottenham before the end of the summer transfer window, according to their former senior scout.<\/strong><\/p>\n Mick Brown<\/a>, who also worked as the chief scout at Man United and Blackburn and remains very well-connected at his former clubs, exclusively told Football Insider<\/strong> that the 26-year-old is not part of Thomas Frank\u2019s plans for the upcoming season.<\/p>\n Frank recently failed to name the winger when quizzed on his wide options, adding to the speculation surrounding his future in North London.<\/p>\n As a result, former Spurs and Leeds goalkeeper Paul Robinson told Football Insider<\/strong> that Leeds could push to sign Solomon<\/a> with the door left open for his departure.<\/p>\n Daniel Farke\u2019s side have been long-term admirers of the winger following his loan spell last season and could finally make a permanent move.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Football Insider<\/strong> revealed in May that Solomon is likely to leave Tottenham<\/a> in the wake of his Elland Road loan spell, with a number of clubs interested.<\/p>\n This article contains exclusive comment from Mick Brown, a football transfer expert and former Solomon\u2019s future<\/a> and decide his fate during their pre-season tour.<\/p>\n The former scout, who has a wealth of experience in top-level player recruitment after over a decade at Man United during their most successful period, insisted that a decision is now going to have to be made about his future.<\/p>\n \u201cThe end of the window is going to be busy,\u201d he told Football Insider.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cAt the moment there are a lot of ifs, buts and whens, but with time running out, decisions are going to have to be made about a lot of players.<\/p>\n \u201cSolomon is one of those players who I expect they\u2019re going to let go.<\/p>\n \u201cHe certainly won\u2019t be a Tottenham player, and if he\u2019s not a Tottenham player then a decision has to be made about where he\u2019s going to go.<\/p>\n \u201cIn terms of Leeds\u2019 interest, he\u2019s obviously a player they know well.<\/p>\n \u201cHe was excellent for them on loan last season so it hasn\u2019t come as a surprise to anybody that they\u2019re still looking to bring him back.<\/p>\n \u201cPersonally, I think there are better options out there who could improve their squad more.<\/p>\n \u201cLeeds are in a tricky position though because they do need to strengthen.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s somebody the manager knows and he knows how he fits in the squad, so there won\u2019t be the same issues as they might find with somebody else.<\/p>\n \u201cIf they\u2019re going to move for Solomon, I think they\u2019ll be preparing to make an offer soon.\u201d<\/p>\n Spurs set sights on agreeing Eberechi Eze deal<\/strong><\/p>\n As speculation continues to surround potential outgoings at Spurs, they are also working on a deal to bring Crystal Palace\u2019s Eberechi Eze to the club.<\/p>\n Brown told Football Insider<\/strong> on 18 August that Tottenham are closing in on signing Eze<\/a> after a fresh round of talks between the two London clubs.<\/p>\n Palace had originally been holding out for the 27-year-old\u2019s \u00a368million release clause to be paid, but they are prepared to accept less following its expiry.<\/p>\n Football Insider<\/strong>\u00a0revealed on 15
