\n\tSchool is already back in session for many families in the U.S., but across the pond, kids still have a few weeks left of summer. And Prince William and Kate Middleton\u2019s three kids are taking full advantage of it. Royal kids Prince George<\/a>, 12, Princess Charlotte<\/a>, 10, and Prince Louis<\/a>, 7, are heading to Balmoral in Scotland with their family, as is royal tradition, and they will reportedly be focused on one thing during their stay. According to insiders, the royal kids are going to spend as much time in nature as they can.<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to Hello!,<\/a> Balmoral is a huge baronial-style castle with 53,000 acres of forest, farmland and moor, which has enticed royals sense Prince Albert bought it for Queen Victoria in 1852. The late Queen Elizabeth II loved visiting here, and the Waleses are carrying on the tradition with their own kids. According to the outlet, the kids are expected to take nature walks with the King (known as \u201cGrandpa Wales\u201d), go on pony rides, go on deer stalking and fishing trips, and more.<\/p>\n

\n\tMiddleton loves spending time in the sun as well. She recently did a voiceover highlighting beautiful nature areas in Britain, which was posted to Instagram<\/a>. She says in the clip, \u201cAs we bask in the sunlit hours, friends and families come together; playing, connecting, being present \u2013 embracing the joy to be found in even the most fleeting of moments and shared experiences.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tWe can imagine that\u2019s exactly what happens at Balmoral when the royals can enjoy time off the grid for a while.<\/p>\n

\n\tMiddleton captioned the video, \u201cOur lives flourish when we cherish the bonds of love and friendship. It has never been more important to appreciate the value of one another, and of Mother Nature. Here\u2019s to Summer. C.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tLast summer, royal expert Jennie Bond told OK!<\/a> that the last few weeks of summer are all about family. \u201cJust like in the late\u00a0queen\u2019s reign, time at Balmoral is family time,\u201d she said. \u201cAnd, if the King gets the chance, he will relish the chance to hang out with his grandchildren by reading them stories, teaching them about the wildlife around them, playing cards, and enjoying picnics \u2026 weather permitting!\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tBond added, \u201cThe summer stay up there has always been a time primarily for family for a gathering in the peace of the Scottish countryside after the busyness and noise of their working lives in London and elsewhere. It\u2019s a \u2018breathe, relax, and be still\u2019 kind of place, and that\u2019s what they all love about it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIt truly sounds like an idyllic, private getaway that generations of royals have enjoyed over the years. We know Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis will have a blast running around in the fresh air, getting dirty, and having fun without the eyes of the world upon them for a few weeks, and we couldn\u2019t be more excited for them.<\/p>\n
