Seiko Optical UK has launched a new wellbeing programme to provide accessible and practical wellbeing tools for all members of optical teams.<\/p>\n
The Clear Mind, Clear Vision programme will be delivered through a series of monthly webinars in partnership with Sheena Tanna-Shah, the founder of Inspiring Success.<\/p>\n
The webinars will provide \u201cbitesize\u201d wellbeing information in 10\u201315 minute sessions, which the company suggests would be ideal for team meetings.<\/p>\n
The programme is open to everyone in the optical industry, regardless of role or level of experience.<\/p>\n
Tanna-Shah, an optometrist and wellbeing coach, explained: \u201cThis programme is all about making wellbeing accessible and achievable for everyone in the optical field. We\u2019ve designed each segment to be short, impactful, and easy to integrate into the working day.\u201d<\/p>\n
Describing the intention for the programme, she said: \u201cIt\u2019s about creating a culture where mental wellbeing is valued and supported.\u201d<\/p>\n
Jonathan Cohen, commercial manager for Seiko Optical UK, said: \u201cWe believe that supporting mental wellbeing is just as important as delivering exceptional optical care. By partnering with Sheena and Inspiring Success, we\u2019re making it easier for teams to integrate wellbeing practices into their daily routines.\u201d<\/p>\n
