their Archewell Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>The Duke and Duchess of Sussex launched their trademark application in 2020 and had several hurdles to overcome.<\/p>\n<p>The Archewell Foundation has now been granted final examiner clearance after meeting all requirements for trademark status.<\/p>\n<p>The application was updated as recently as August 16 and will now be passed on to an examiner to formally and Duchess of Sussex\u2019s trademark for Archewell Audio was cleared for final registration over the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>The application covers podcasts, live performances and audio projects.<\/p>\n<p>Prince Harry and Meghan Markle\u2019s Archewell organisation was named in honour of their son, Prince Archie.<\/p>\n<p>The couple opted to form their own charity after they stepped Sussex&#8217;s publish annual accounts for their charity.<\/p>\n<p>Archewell has not released its income for 2024, but in 2023 the figure was \u00a34.25million.<\/p>\n<p>In comparison, the Prince and from Prince William&#8217;s Earthshot Prize, which had a total income of \u00a323.5million for 2024.<\/p>\n<p>That figure included a 68 per cent increase in donations, up from \u00a312.8million to \u00a321.4million.<\/p>\n<p>Across Prince William and Princess Kate&#8217;s Royal Foundation and the Earthshot Prize total income was
